One billet. Zero shortcuts.

How a T1 goes from a solid block of aluminum to a wheel cut for your truck, and why it holds up to the abuse a cast wheel can't.

Forged vs cast

Why forged is worth it.

Cast wheel

  • How it's madeMolten aluminum poured into a mold and left to cool.
  • Inside the metalThe grain sets in random directions as it cools, with a higher chance of tiny voids.
  • What that meansMore material is needed for the same strength, so the wheel ends up heavier.
  • FitmentMade in fixed sizes and offsets. You pick the closest one.

T1 forged

  • How it's madeA solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum, forged under pressure, then CNC machined.
  • Inside the metalForging packs the metal tight and lines the grain up with the shape of the wheel.
  • What that meansStronger and lighter than a cast wheel of the same design.
  • FitmentMachined to your truck, your lift and your tires. Confirmed before we cut.

The process

From billet to your truck.

01

Confirm fitmentBefore anything else

We set the diameter, width, bolt pattern and backspacing for your truck and email them to you. Nothing moves until you confirm.

02

Forge the billet6061-T6 aluminum

Every wheel starts as a solid billet of 6061-T6, forged under pressure into a wheel blank with the grain running the way the wheel takes load.

03

CNC machineTo your specs

The blank is machined into your wheel design at your exact size and offset. The face, the spokes and the bolt pattern are all cut from the forged blank.

04

FinishYour color

Satin, gloss, gunmetal, bronze, machined, polished, chrome or a custom color. Then T1 center caps, machined from aluminum.

Inside production

Real wheels. Real machines.

No renders here. This is your set on its way to you, from raw forging to final check.

Everything that isn't your wheel

Spokes and pockets get carved out of solid. This is what's left over.

Fresh off the machine

Raw, unfinished and already sharper than any cast wheel can get.

Finished by hand

Edges are worked by hand before a single coat of finish goes on.

Constructions

Three ways to build it.

Most popular

Monoblock

Machined from one forged piece. The lightest and strongest option, with nothing to bolt together.

More style

2-piece

A forged center joined to a separate barrel. It allows deeper lips and two-tone finishes.

Serious trail

Beadlock

A bolt-on forged ring clamps the tire bead, so you can run very low pressures off-road without the tire coming off the bead. Built in 17" and 18".

Running beadlocks? Ring bolts have to be torqued and re-checked as instructed. That's part of owning a real beadlock.

Where it comes from

Built by a supercar wheel team.

T1 comes out of Corsa Forged, where we've built forged wheels for Lamborghinis, Ferraris, McLarens and Porsches since 2019. Same process, same people, pointed at the trail.
