About T1 Forged

T1 Forged comes from Corsa Forged. Since 2019, our team has designed and built forged wheels for some of the finest cars in the world: Lamborghinis, Ferraris, McLarens and Porsches, built for owners who notice every detail.

Seven years of that work taught us what actually makes a forged wheel worth the money. It's the billet it starts from. It's the machining. It's getting the fitment right before a single cut is made, instead of hoping it works when the wheel shows up.

T1 takes that same process off the pavement. Trucks, Jeeps, Broncos, 4Runners and G-Wagons get used hard, and they deserve a wheel built with the same care as a supercar wheel. So we started a brand just for them.

How we build

Forged, not cast. Every T1 wheel starts as a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum, forged under pressure so the grain runs with the shape of the wheel. That makes it stronger and lighter than a cast wheel of the same design.

Cut to your truck. Nothing comes off a shelf. We set the diameter, width, bolt pattern and backspacing to your truck, your lift and your tires, and we confirm it with you before production starts.

Your way. Monoblock, 2-piece or a real forged beadlock. Satin, gloss, bronze, machined, polished or chrome. Center caps machined from the same aluminum as the wheel.

One standard

If we wouldn't put it on a supercar, it doesn't go on your truck. That's the whole idea behind T1.
